What type of products do you sell?
We specialize in enterprise-grade hard drives, SSDs, memory, and other data center components. Most of our items are either eBay Certified Refurbished, used (like new), or tested and pulled from working environments.

What does “Certified Refurbished” mean?
These products are refurbished by the manufacturer or an approved vendor, meet strict quality standards, and come with a 1-year warranty. They look and function like new.

Do your SAS hard drives work in desktops or laptops?
No. SAS drives are not compatible with desktops, laptops, DVRs, gaming consoles, or any device that uses SATA. They are designed for servers and enterprise storage systems.

Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes, we offer discounts on volume purchases. Contact us directly with your list and quantity for a custom quote.

When will my order ship?
We offer same-day shipping on orders placed before our cutoff time (typically 3 PM ET). All items are shipped from our warehouse in Longwood, FL.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Do you offer refunds or replacements?
Yes. If your item arrives defective or is not as described, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund after the return is processed.

Do you test your products?
Absolutely. All drives are securely wiped and fully tested for health and performance before being listed for sale.

Can I pick up my order in person?
At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly from our facility.
